The Solo Ryzer frame is an adjustable two-leg synchronized dual-motor lifting system. It's the perfect base for your standing desk or workstation, offering you a variety of customization and personalization. With the dual-motor, height-adjustable range of 25.5" that moves at a speed of 1.57"/sec and a frame width that can be adjusted from 43.0" - 72.4" to fit either of our tabletop sizes, it is the epitome of adjustability.

Safety is a core feature of this desk frame also, with a collision-detection feature that will halt your desk from moving if it senses something in the way. This desk is also extremely durable, with a 15-year warranty offered to reflect its guaranteed durability and quality.

Compatibility

Can the Corner Ryzer be used as a Solo Ryzer temporarily until I find more space?

The Corner Ryzer cannot be used as a Solo Ryzer at this time. The control box it comes with will detect an error if only two out of three legs are connected, and the desk will not function without that third!

Can I purchase an extra set of legs for my Solo Ryzer and convert it to a Corner Ryzer?

Currently, we do not sell individual parts for our Ryzer standing desks. For more information, please feel free to contact our customer service representatives at sales@progressivedesk.com 

Troubleshooting

How do I set the maximum/minimum heights for my Ryzer?

NOTE: The steps below may vary depending on the remote model that you have. The following instructions were made for the standard RT-11 remote.

To set the maximum height for your Ryzer, go to the desired height you would like to set and follow the steps below:

1. Press M and see [5 -] indicated on the display

2. Press the UP button and notice [5 -] blinks

3. Hold the M button until you see [999] on the display

4. The maximum height has now been set

To set the minimum height for your Ryzer, go to the desired height you would like to set and follow the steps below:

1. Press M and see [5 -] indicated on the display

2. Press the DOWN button and notice [5 -] blinks

3. Hold the M button until you see [000] on the display

4. The minimum height has now been set

To reset the limits, follow the steps below:

1. Press M and see [5 -] indicated on the display and release

2. Hold the M you see [555]

3. Limits have been reset

I have to hold down the remote buttons to get to my pre-set height. Is there a way to do this with only one press?

NOTE: The steps below may vary depending on the remote model you have. The following instructions were made for the standard RT-11 remote.

If you have to hold down the remote’s buttons to get to your pre-set height, this means that your control box is in momentary control. To set your remote to non-momentary mode, follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure that there is nothing underneath your desk, as we have to enter the reset procedure


  2. Press and hold the DOWN button until the display shows [ASr]


  3. Once [ASr] is shown, press and hold down [1], and you may see two values:


     a. 10.1 = Non-momentary Mode


     b. 10.2 = Momentary Mode


  4. Complete the reset procedure by holding the DOWN button until your standing desk slightly lowers and rises. 

How do I change the collision detection sensitivity?

Our standing desks have 3 settings for collision detection, and this can be set depending on your preference. To proceed, follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure that there is nothing underneath your desk as we have to enter the reset procedure

  2. Press and hold the DOWN button until the display shows [ASr]

  3. Once [ASr] is shown, press and hold the UP [ ^ ] button and you may see three values:

    a. 10.5 = 11 lbs

    b. 10.6 = 22 lbs

    c. 10.7 = 33 lbs

  4. Complete the reset procedure by holding the DOWN button until your standing desk slightly lowers and rises.

Great solid desk

Love this desktop! Installation with the Solo Ryzer was simple and fairly quick. The colour of the desk in real life is also way nicer than the colour on the listing (which I think makes the desk look almost sickly...). Docking a star because I couldn't see any included screws for installing the remote at the edge of the desk, and because the edges are a bit sharp so can't rest wrists/forearms against them. Other than that, great product!

Great Frame!

Very sturdy with almost no flex or wobble fully loaded with me leaning on it. I do agree with others that the instructions are adequate but not Ikea levels of foolproof.
