How long do I have to wait for my desk to be delivered?

All orders are processed within 24 hours between Monday to Friday when our warehouses are open. West Coast orders are estimated to be delivered within five business days, while orders going to the east typically take 10 to 12 business days to arrive. For any critical shipping delays we may be experiencing, you can find more information on our Shipping & Returns page.

How much is the shipping cost?

We currently offer free shipping in the contiguous 48 United States and Canada. For international shipping, contact our customer service team at 1-800-828-9414 extension 3 or email them at sales@progressivedesk.com!

What should I do if my desk is damaged when I receive it?

If a product(s) from your order has been delivered damaged or is not functioning as it should, please contact us right away. We'd appreciate it if you could provide us with as much information as possible, such as photos or videos of the issue. This way, we can assist you and provide a solution promptly.

Can you deliver to the floor of my building?

Unfortunately not, we are only able to delivery on the lobby or ground level of an apartment building.

Tabletops

Can I get a tabletop with no grommet hole?

We offer a variety of tabletops with no grommet holes that can elevate your workspace, such as the Mini Ryzer's square-sized tabletops, 42" x 24" tabletops, or our Epoxy resin tabletops.

I want to use my own desktop. Is this possible?

Yes, of course! Our standing desk frames are available individually if you prefer your tabletop. Please note that depending on the desk frame chosen, there is a weight capacity for each unit.

What desk sizes are offered at Progressive Desk?

We offer several models of different sizes for your consideration- please see them below. For more information on our tabletops, check out our Tabletop Information Manual.

Can I get a tabletop customized to fit my space?

The tabletops' choice is limited to those currently presented on the website. If you would like us to customize a tabletop for you, please note that we have a minimum order quantity of 30 units. The production lead time will take approximately nine to 13 weeks, and this estimate doesn't include shipping time.

Are the tabletops made from Real Wood?

Progressive Desk has two kinds of tabletops that are made from solid wood material. We offer 60x30- and 72x30-sized tabletops in Solid wood aesthetics or Epoxy modern elegance, both available in Walnut and Ash.

What is the difference between Warm White and Soft White tabletops?

Soft White tabletops are fully laminated, while Warm White tabletops have edge banding.

How should I take care of/clean my tabletop?

We recommend cleaning your tabletops regularly with an eco-friendly cleaning product. For more details, please check out our blog on How to Repair Laminate Surface Scratches that Happen Over Time, which also provides tips on maintaining your desk in excellent condition.

Can I fit a 42" x 24" Tabletop on to the Solo Ryzer?

The Solo Ryzer is incompatible with our 42" x 24" tabletops. However, we sell our Ryzer desk frames individually, which can be fitted with a third-party tabletop of your choice. The Solo Ryzer can be collapsed to a minimum width of 42.6 inches. We also recommend a minimum tabletop return of 23.0" for our Solo Ryzer side brackets to fit your tabletop.For more information on the dimensions of the Solo Ryzer desk frame, you can check out Page 3 of our user manual.

Are your tabletops impermeable?

Yes, our standard tabletops have a laminate protective layer, while our bamboo tabletops have a clear coat that does not allow fluid to pass through. The UV varnish on our solid wood and epoxy tabletops protects them from all liquids. There are five layers of base coating and three layers of top coating to make them impermeable.

Do you have any tabletops made of Epoxy Resin?

Progressive Desk has two kinds of tabletops that are made of Epoxy Resin material. We offer 60x30- and 72x30-sized tabletops in either of the following colors:

- Blue Epoxy Resin with a Walnut base

- Black Epoxy Resin with an Ash base

Is it possible to view the tabletop colors in person before finalizing my order?

Absolutely! Explore the stunning range of MDF tabletop shades with our complimentary color swatch kit. Each swatch is crafted from durable MDF and measures 6.0" x 3.0" x 0.2". This kit is available for free when you purchase any MDF Standing Desk. When you're ready to invest in a standing desk, our customer service team will ensure the equivalent discount is applied to your purchase.

Compatibility

Can I use Progressive Desk Remotes with my third-party standing desk?

Our Progressive Desk remotes do not work with other third-party standing desks.

Can the Corner Ryzer be used as a Solo Ryzer temporarily until I find more space?

The Corner Ryzer cannot be used as a Solo Ryzer at this time. The control box it comes with will detect an error if only two out of three legs are connected, and the desk will not function without that third!

Can I purchase an extra set of legs for my Solo Ryzer and convert it to a Corner Ryzer?

Currently, we do not sell individual parts for our Ryzer standing desks. For more information, please feel free to contact our customer service representatives at sales@progressivedesk.com 

Can I use Progressive Desk Remotes with third-party control boxes?

We cannot guarantee that our remotes will work with third-party control systems. The pin-outs of the ports may differ from one company to another.

Assembly

Do you have assembly instructions available?

Yes, we do! You can view these instructions through our Assembly Guide page.

I finished assembling my desk. The display shows RST and I cannot raise or lower it.

RSt indicates that the standing desk needs a reset before use. To move forward with the reset procedure, ensure there is nothing underneath your desk that could obstruct the reset, as it requires the desk to lower about an inch more than its minimum height.

NOTE: The following instructions are steps to take when using the RT-11 default hand remote. Hold the down button until you see ASr or RSt blinking on the LCD screen, then release.

Hold the down button again until the standing desk slightly lowers and rises. From here, you should be able to see numbers that indicate the height that the desk is set from the ground up.

I want the longer side of my tabletop to be on the left. Can the Corner Ryzer be installed on either left or right?

Yes, the Corner Ryzer is orientation-friendly and can be installed by your preference. Here is a step-by-step article that explains how this is possible: How to Assembly a Corner Ryzer: Two-Tabletop Configuration.

How deep are the return lengths for the tabletops of the Corner Ryzer?

The depth of the return length for the Corner Ryzer standing desk will range from 18" to 48", depending on which tabletop combination size you choose. For more information on the dimensions of each Corner Ryzer configuration, you can check out our L-shaped Tabletops' dimensional drawings on Pages 12 to 15 of our Tabletop Information Manual.

Are the Corner Ryzers interchangeable? Reversible?

Yes, the secondary frame of every Corner Ryzer can be attached to either side of the primary frame to achieve your desired Corner Ryzer orientation.

Unfortunately not. Our prices are already set at a competitive rate, and we strive to provide the same level of pricing to all of our customers. We hope you understand that we need to maintain fairness and consistency in our pricing policies.

Troubleshooting

How do I set the maximum/minimum heights for my Ryzer?

NOTE: The steps below may vary depending on the remote model that you have. The following instructions were made for the standard RT-11 remote. To set the maximum height for your Ryzer, go to the desired height you would like to set and follow the steps below:

  1. Press M and see [5 -] indicated on the display
  2. Press the UP button and notice [5 -] blinks
  3. Hold the M button until you see [999] on the display
  4. The maximum height has now been set

To set the minimum height for your Ryzer, go to the desired height you would like to set and follow the steps below:

  1. Press M and see [5 -] indicated on the display
  2. Press the DOWN button and notice [5 -] blinks
  3. Hold the M button until you see [000] on the display
  4. The minimum height has now been set

To reset the limits, follow the steps below:

  1. Press M and see [5 -] indicated on the display and release
  2. Hold the M you see [555]
  3. Limits have been reset

I have to hold down the remote buttons to get to my pre-set height. Is there a way to do this with only one press?

NOTE: The steps below may vary depending on the remote model you have. The following instructions were made for the standard RT-11 remote.

If you have to hold down the remote’s buttons to get to your pre-set height, this means that your control box is in momentary control. To set your remote to non-momentary mode, follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure that there is nothing underneath your desk, as we have to enter the reset procedure
  2. Press and hold the DOWN button until the display shows [ASr]
  3. Once [ASr] is shown, press and hold down [1] and you may see two values:
     a. 10.1 = Non-momentary Mode
     b. 10.2 = Momentary Mode
  4. Complete the reset procedure by holding the DOWN button until your standing desk slightly lowers and rises. 

How do I change the collision detection sensitivity?

Our standing desks have 3 settings for collision detection, and this can be set depending on your preference. To proceed, follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure that there is nothing underneath your desk as we have to enter the reset procedure
  2. Press and hold the DOWN button until the display shows [ASr]
  3. Once [ASr] is shown, press and hold the UP [ ^ ] button and you may see three values:
     a. 10.5 = 11 lbs
     b. 10.6 = 22 lbs
     c. 10.7 = 33 lbs
  4. Complete the reset procedure by holding the DOWN button until your standing desk slightly lowers and rises. 

My remote is showing an error code on the display? What should I do?
